We knew we did great work and a lot of it, but we needed to boil that down to something that said who we are as much as what we do. It needed to be simple and clear, but also bold and exciting.

I was at a crossroads in my business when I decided to book a consultation with Felicity. I’d finished a long-standing contract and was having to actively pitch for new business for the first time.
